Julie, I just wanted to let you know that our installation yesterday went very well, and I love my counter tops. I’m so glad that we kept going back week after week to see what you had gotten in, because I’m very happy with the stone. All the guys (Bill, Chris, Terry, and Jose) were very professional and patient, and answered my all questions and addressed my all concerns. I was also very impressed that Terry and Jose didn’t leave a mess for me to clean up after they finished!

I guess I’ll have to find another weekend activity now that my granite hunt is over!

You and your team did an amazing job on our 86 year old kitchen! We have always loved the original heart pine floors and even the original metal cabinets, but we desperately needed to get rid of the formica and plain wall above it. The granite and the tile backsplash have pulled it all together. It was especially nice to add that square of granite to the small rolling island and swap out the pine. Thanks so much for a job well done, and we appreciate all the attention to detail. You guys are the best...we will highly recommend your place to anyone who asks.

Our granite looks absolutely fabulous! My and husband and I can't keep from walking into the kitchen and keep looking at it.
Jose and Terry were here until well after 10 last night and worked the entire time they were here. They barely took a break to eat "lunch".
They did an extremely good job and wouldn't accept a joint or piece placement that wasn't right on. Whoever found the pieces of the "Titanium" got exceptional grain and color. We really appreciate the professionalism of all your employees we have dealt with, including Chris, Jose, and Terry.

Dear Julie,
It is not often these days that one comes across a company that says what it does and does what it says, but your firm is the exception! From the very beginning of contact with your sales rep Bill, our time with you to pick out material, through the installation process, your firm operated like clockwork. We were impressed with the courteous and expansive attention we received at your hands making sure we got exactly the pricing, product, and options we wanted. From that point, we found your measuring person to be very exacting and precise; he called before coming out, verified the appointment, and showed up on time! Next week, the installation crew called ahead to verify the install time and advised they were running a little late and might be about a half hour behind schedule. They arrived when they said, and proceeded to operate the installation with great precision and care. They carefully double checked all measurements and worked together like a finely tuned machine. Our installation was complete in about four hours and we could not be more pleased, it turned out exactly as we had envisioned!

I am a retired contractor and appreciate seeing a firm that is so well put together. So, kudos to you and your team; we have already told several people about your firm and will continue to do so. May the Good Lord bless your very diligent efforts with continued success, you can be VERY proud of the business you run so well. You may use us as a business reference if you so desire.
